Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your STIL account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the home goods in their original box with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
